1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between fr99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Member") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services made available at fr99.io.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the fr99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. fr99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration and KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered fr99 account. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to or being operated by the same individual, fr99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to withhold any balances pending investigation.

During registration and at subsequent points determined by fr99's compliance team, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. This process may include, but is not limited to, submission of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonus Funds: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on fr99 are subject to the applicable market rules for the relevant sport and competition. Cricket betting rules apply to all BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures listed on the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or curtailed, bets will be settled in accordance with fr99's sport-specific rules, which are published in the betting help section of the platform.

Casino games offered on fr99, including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and crash games from Spribe, are governed by the rules embedded within each game's interface. fr99 does not modify game rules, payout tables, or return-to-player percentages from those certified by the relevant game studio.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fr99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds;

8 Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fr99 content without the express prior written consent of fr99. Game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is additionally protected by those studios' own intellectual property rights.
